Initiation: 1
Accessible to all people in good health.

Easy: 2
Accessible to all people in good health, who practice sport regularly and who are used to off-road walking. From 4 to 6 hours of walking per day, without a lot of carrying.

Medium: 3
Aimed at those who are physically active and have some experience of basic backpacking in mountainous terrain. 6-7 hours of walking per day.

Height: 4
Requires some effort and stamina. Good health and some hiking experience required. Hiking 6-8 hours per day. Often need to carry own equipment.

Demanding: 5
Only suitable for people who are physically and psychologically prepared for a very demanding experience. Expedition level. Often involves carrying your own equipment.
